Our case types
What's the difference between your cases?
- Clear Silicone: transparent, including the sides, so your phone's colour shows through. Clean, classy look.
- Black Silicone: slim, with a black back and black edges. Prints come out darker than they look on screen, and the edges are darker too.
- Glass Case: glossy finish with a tempered glass back. Classy and premium.
- Glossy Armoured: glossy finish with premium double-layered protection.
Colours on a screen can look different from the real case, especially on Black Silicone.
Shipping & RTO
What happens if my order is returned to us (RTO)?
Whatever the tracking status says, if a parcel comes back to us as RTO we will reship it. A reshipping fee applies: ₹60 for prepaid orders and ₹100 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No returns and no exchanges. Every case is made for your specific phone model, so we can't take it back or swap it.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes. We will send a replacement only if your case is:
- Broken or damaged when it reaches you, or
- The wrong model (not the phone model you ordered).
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What do I need to send for a replacement?
An unboxing video is required. Please record yourself opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package, and show the problem clearly. Send the video to us with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Without the unboxing video, or after 24 hours, we are unable to process a replacement.
