Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At LIT CASESβ’ we want things to feel right. If they don't, we keep it simple β no drama, no confusion.
The Basics
- You have 14 DAYS from delivery to request an exchange or return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
- Damaged or defective item? Let us know within 14 days and we'll sort it out β exchange, similar replacement, or store credit.
- Wrong item received? We'll fix it. Fast.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be approved before sending anything back.
- Once received and checked, approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- We don't offer cash or card refunds.
Sale Items
- All sale or promotional items are final sale.
- (Unless they arrive damaged or wrong item received β then we've got you.)
Shipping Costs
- Return/exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect orders.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service β just to be safe.
Processing Time
- Please allow 7β10 business days after we receive your item for processing.
- We'll email you once your exchange ships or store credit is added.
