Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At LIT CASESβ„’ we want things to feel right. If they don't, we keep it simple β€” no drama, no confusion.

The Basics

  • You have 14 DAYS from delivery to request an exchange or return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or defective item? Let us know within 14 days and we'll sort it out β€” exchange, similar replacement, or store credit.
  • Wrong item received? We'll fix it. Fast.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be approved before sending anything back.
  • Once received and checked, approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • We don't offer cash or card refunds.

Sale Items

  • All sale or promotional items are final sale.
  • (Unless they arrive damaged or wrong item received β€” then we've got you.)

Shipping Costs

  • Return/exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect orders.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service β€” just to be safe.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your item for processing.
  • We'll email you once your exchange ships or store credit is added.
