Where We Ship
LIT CASES™ currently ships across India. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon — stay tuned.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time — this will be communicated at checkout.
Delivery Timelines

These are estimates only. Delays due to courier partners, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above a certain value — shown at checkout.
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below the threshold.
- Exact charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your order directly on the courier's website or via the link in your email.
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- After multiple failed attempts the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages due to customer error.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at litcases.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.
- LIT CASES™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
PO Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete physical address at checkout.
