  • Custom/personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • LIT CASES™ reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. International shipping availability may vary.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed — delays due to couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
  • LIT CASES™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including designs, graphics, logos, product images, and text — is the property of LIT CASES™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
  • Our case designs are original and protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
